2. Purpose
The Website is intended to provide information about Camkeeper and to grant access to features, content, and resources related to the Service.
Camkeeper is a service aimed at professionals and audiovisual production teams for creating, managing, and exporting camera reports and shoot metadata.
3. Professional Use
Camkeeper is designed for use in professional environments (including audiovisual productions and technical teams). Use of the Service for professional or business purposes is permitted, provided it is carried out in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
4. Acceptance
Accessing and using the Website and/or the Service grants the status of user and implies acceptance of this document.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Website or the Service.
5. Website Terms of Use
Users agree to use the Website lawfully, diligently, and in compliance with applicable regulations, good faith, and public order, and to refrain from:
- Using the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the Website.
- Introducing or spreading viruses, malicious code, or any system that may cause damage.
- Attempting to access systems, accounts, or data belonging to the owner or third parties without authorization.
Camera Assistant S.L. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove Website content without prior notice.
6. Service Access, Account, and Security
To use the Service, an account may be required. Users agree to:
- Provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
- Safeguard their credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
- Notify any misuse or security breach.
Users are responsible for any activity carried out through their account and for the use of the Service from their devices.
7. Beta Access and Service Evolution
Camkeeper may be offered in testing phases or as a beta access service. During these phases, the Service may include changes, improvements, interruptions, limitations, or corrections, and certain features may be modified or removed. Camera Assistant S.L. does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation during the beta period. To the extent permitted by law, users acknowledge that beta use is at their own risk.
During the beta phase, we recommend that users export and retain copies of relevant information before project wrap, delivery milestones, or other critical shoot moments, if they deem it necessary.
8. License and Restrictions
Camera Assistant S.L. grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and for the contracted or enabled period.
Users are prohibited from:
- Copying, decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise exploiting the Service without authorization.
- Removing proprietary notices, trademarks, or legends.
- Using the Service for unlawful activities or to infringe third-party rights.
9. Shoot Data and User Content
Users retain ownership of the information they enter or generate in the Service (for example: takes data, cameras, lenses, filters, technical settings, notes, and related metadata) (“User Content”).
Users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights to provide such User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
10. Statistical Use of Technical Data (Aggregated and Non-Identifying)
Users acknowledge that Camera Assistant S.L. may use technical shoot information (for example: camera models, brands, lenses, filters, and configurations) for the following purposes:
- Improving and evolving the Service,
- Analyzing usage and industry trends,
- Preparing reports and statistics,
- Supporting potential negotiations with brands (partnerships, sponsorships, or collaborations).
This use will be carried out in aggregated form and, where reasonably possible, anonymized or pseudonymized, avoiding the use of such data to identify individuals.
If, in the future, a higher level of identification or additional purposes were required, users will be informed and, where applicable, consent will be requested or opt-out mechanisms will be enabled in accordance with applicable law.
Users may object to this processing for reasons related to their particular situation by writing to privacy@camkeeper.app.
11. Pricing, Billing, and Payment (If Applicable)
Currently, access to the Service may be offered free of charge during a testing phase. Camera Assistant S.L. may enable paid plans, licenses, or subscriptions in the future. In that case, the applicable terms (price, duration, renewal, and cancellation, where applicable) will be communicated on the pricing page and/or during the contracting process.
Plans and pricing, when available, will be published at: https://camkeeper.app/pricing/ and may be updated with prior notice.
Taxes will apply as appropriate. Renewal and cancellation terms and, where applicable, suspension due to non-payment, will be detailed during the contracting process and/or on the pricing page.
12. Support, Availability, and Maintenance
The owner will seek to keep the Service available and will provide support via help@camkeeper.app.
Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance and technical improvements may be carried out.
13. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All Website and Service content (texts, images, trademarks, logos, design, code, etc.) is owned by Camera Assistant S.L. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation is prohibited without express authorization, except where legally permitted.
14. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party sites. Camera Assistant S.L. does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, terms, or policies.
15. Liability and Limitation
Camera Assistant S.L. does not guarantee that the Website is free from access errors or that its content is accurate or up to date, although reasonable efforts will be made to prevent and correct issues.
To the extent permitted by law, Camera Assistant S.L. shall not be liable for indirect damages (lost profits, loss of business, etc.). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or non-waivable legal obligations.
16. Suspension and Termination
Camera Assistant S.L. may suspend or terminate access if fraudulent or unlawful use is detected or if these Terms are materially breached.
Users may stop using the Service at any time. In the case of a subscription/license, the applicable cancellation policy will apply.

Personal data processing is governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy (contact: privacy@camkeeper.app).
The use of cookies is governed by the Cookies Policy. Users may configure or withdraw consent as indicated in that policy.
18. Changes
Camera Assistant S.L. may modify these Terms for legal, technical, or Service evolution reasons. The current version will be published on the Website and, where changes are material, users will be informed with reasonable advance notice.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless applicable law provides for a mandatory jurisdiction.
